Hello and welcome! My name is Azreen Ferdows Sikder, and I am an alchemist, transmuter, and facilitator who is devoted to helping people return to their power, purpose, and Highest Self.

For most of my life, I have been committed to doing the work of remembering who I truly am beyond survival, trauma, and cultural norms and expectations. In many ways, I am Broaden Ur Schema’s longest client, using shadow work, somatics, spiritual grounding, and a deep partnership with God, to transform the way I move through the world, and in turn, the way the world responds to me. This work has reshaped my relationship to myself and others, expanded what safety means to my nervous system, strengthened my faith, and opened me up to receive and steward opportunities and blessings I once believed were not meant for me. More importantly, this work taught me that transformation doesn’t happen by accident, but requires intention, courage, faith, and commitment.  

Haruki Murakami once said, “we cannot simply sit and stare at our wounds forever”, while Ram Dass reminds us that “we’re all just walking each other home”.
