Our approach may include somatic practices, inner child exploration, spirituality, and religious reflection. Participation is always voluntary, and clients are encouraged to honor their own boundaries and capacity.

Our services are intended for women and non-binary people of color aged 18 or older.

• Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance

• Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours notice

• Missed sessions or late cancellations may be non-refundable

While sessions are confidential, we cannot guarantee confidentiality if disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Consultation is a supportive process, not a promise of transformation or results.
